Edit the application menu tree structure according to your business necessities.

Menu

View and edit your application menu functions and tree structure.

  • Module : Module
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Summary Level : A means of grouping fields in order to view or hide additional information.
  • Action : A drop down list box indicating the next step to take.
  • Window : A work area which can be used to create, view, edit, and process a record.
  • Process : A series of actions carried out in sequential order.
  • Special Form : The name of the form being edited.
  • URL : An address which can be accessed via internet.
  • View Implementation : The view implementation which is shown in the tab of a multi-document-interface
  • Process Definition : Process to be executed by the button
  • Open link in browser's tab : A flag to indicate if the link has to be opened in a browser's tab.
  • Translation Strategy : If set as null the Window, Process... related to this menu entry will be available to translate in the reduced version too
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Menu : Identifies a Menu
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Translation

Edit your menu translations for the predefined languages of your choice.

  • Language : A method of communication being used.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Translation : An indication that an item is translated.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.

Menu Parameters

The menu parameters are used in the new user interface to pass parameters to standard view implementations.

  • Module : Module

  • Value : The value for the record.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
