Quality Control Point

Define quality control check points to be used for testing the product quality at any point in the production process.

Check Point Set

Create check point sets and define tests frequencies.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Frequency : The number of times something occurs during a time period.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Quality Control Point Set : A collection of points to be checked at a specified time period.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Check Point

Create check points for a related set.

  • Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Number of Measurements
  • Value Type
  • Critical
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Quality Control Point Set : A collection of points to be checked at a specified time period.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Critical Control Point
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Shift

Define shifts when the tests for a related group will be performed.

  • Shift : A partition of the workday into intervals.
  • Starting Time
  • Ending Time
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Quality Control Point Shift
  • Quality Control Point Set : A collection of points to be checked at a specified time period.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Client : Client for this installation.
