Work Requirement

Create and manage an order for a process plan to be executed a certain number of times to satisfy the production requirements.

Header

Create production orders by choosing dates and the previously defined work requirement model.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Document Type : A value defining what sequence and process setup are used to handle this document.
  • Document No. : An often automatically generated identifier for all documents.
  • Process Plan : A guide stating how a certain item must move through the transformation process.
  • Quantity
  • WR Creation Date
  • Starting Date : A parameter stating when a specified request will begin.
  • Ending Date : A parameter stating when a specified request will end.
  • Conversion Rate : Defines the conversion between Quantity and Process Quantity
  • Process Quantity : The number of Process Units required to be produced.
  • Include Operations when inserting
  • Process Unit : The name of the main final product obtained by executing a process plan.
  • Estimated Time : Estimated time for the operation
  • Run Time : Operation run time
  • Processed : The document has been processed
  • Process Work Requirement
  • Closed
  • Create Work Effort : Create all Work Effort for a specific day
  • Closed
  • Work Requirement : An order authorizing the production of a specific product and product quantity.
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

Operation

Add or edit operations and activities to be performed for the related work requirement.

  • Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Activity : A series of actions carried out in sequential order.
  • Starting Date : A parameter stating when a specified request will begin.
  • Ending Date : A parameter stating when a specified request will end.
  • Estimated Time : Estimated time for the operation
  • Run Time : Operation run time
  • Quantity
  • Completed Quantity
  • Cost Center Use Time : The amount of time a process takes to complete.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Empty Cells are Zero
  • Global Use
  • Close Phase : With this process it will be closed the work requirement phase. If all the phases are closed the work requirement will also be closed.
  • Outsourced : A decision to have a task or phase completed by an external business partner.
  • Create Standards
  • Work Requirement : An order authorizing the production of a specific product and product quantity.
  • WR Phase
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

Product

Add or edit I/O products to be used for the selected operation of the work requirement.

  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Production Type : A classification stating whether something has been created or used in the sequence.
  • Movement Quantity : The number of items being moved from one location to another.
  • UOM : A non monetary unit of measure.
  • Component Cost : Component Cost
  • Order Quantity : The number of a certain item involved in the transaction, shown in units which differ from the standard UOM.
  • Order UOM : The unit of measure being used for the request.

  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
