An organization can be a Legal Entity, a Business Unit or neither of both. You can also select if transactions are allowed or not for this organization type.
Organization Type
An organization can be a Legal Entity, a Business Unit or neither of both. You can also select if transactions are allowed or not for this organization type.
- Client : Client for this installation.
- Organization : Organizational entity within client
- Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
- Default : A value that is shown whenever a record is created.
- Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
- Description : A space to write additional related information.
- Legal Entity : An organization which is a legal corporation.
- Business Unit : An organization with its independent accounts. It belongs, with other business units, to a legal organization.
- Legal Entity with accounting : Defines if the Legal Entity has accounting
- Transactions Allowed : Defines if transactions are allowed for the organization type
- Organization Type : Defines the Organization Type
