Create machine categories based on your desired characteristics.

Machine Category

Define machine categories to group machines with similar characteristics.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Machine Category : A distinct machine characteristic used for processes.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Maintenance

Define maintenance categories needed for a specified machine category.

  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Maintenance Type : A set of maintenances which can be performed on a machine.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Maintenance Task : A description to help explain a specified maintenance task.
  • Planned Time (Hours)
  • Insert in Machines
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Maintenance : The act of ensuring the proper working order for a specified item.
  • Machine Category : A distinct machine characteristic used for processes.
  • Machine : A tool use to aid in or fully complete a task.
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

Periodicity

Add interval timings to schedule and complete a specified maintenance.

  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Periodicity Type
  • Shift : A partition of the workday into intervals.
  • Day of the Month
  • Starting Day
  • Weekday : Any day of the week excluding Saturday and Sunday.
  • Exclude Weekends
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Maintenance Periodicity
  • Maintenance : The act of ensuring the proper working order for a specified item.
