Maintenance Order

Create and edit the results of a scheduled maintenance order.

Order

Add previously scheduled maintenances for a specific date and report observations.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Document No. : An often automatically generated identifier for all documents.
  • Maintenance Order Date
  • Shift : A partition of the workday into intervals.
  • Insert Maintenances : Process which will insert scheduled maintenances on the part.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Maintenance Order : A distinct characteristic of a machine used for processes and sometimes grouped within a category.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Worker

Add or edit workers that took part in a specified maintenance part.

  • Business Partner : Anyone who takes part in daily business operations by acting as a customer, employee, etc.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Maintenance Worker
  • Maintenance Order : A distinct characteristic of a machine used for processes and sometimes grouped within a category.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Task

Edit maintenance tasks of a specified order.

  • Time Used
  • Internal Consumption : An indication that an item will not be sold, but rather used internally.
  • Result : The Result indicates the result of any action taken on this request.
  • Maintenance Order : A distinct characteristic of a machine used for processes and sometimes grouped within a category.
  • Maintenance : The act of ensuring the proper working order for a specified item.
  • Planned Date
  • Shift : A partition of the workday into intervals.
  • Maintenance Type : A set of maintenances which can be performed on a machine.
