Process Plan

Define the steps and processes to be completed for an intermediate or finished good, taking into account available resources.

Process Plan

Create production process models.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Search Key : A fast method for finding a particular record.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Process Unit : The name of the main final product obtained by executing a process plan.
  • Conversion Rate : Defines the conversion between Quantity and Process Quantity
  • Include Operations when inserting
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Copy Version
  • Process Plan : A guide stating how a certain item must move through the transformation process.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Version

Create process plans valid for a specified time period.

  • Document No. : An often automatically generated identifier for all documents.
  • Starting Date : A parameter stating the starting time range related to a specified request.
  • Ending Date : A parameter stating the ending time range related for a specified request, query, etc.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Estimated Time : Estimated time for the operation
  • Process Plan Version
  • Process Plan : A guide stating how a certain item must move through the transformation process.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Operation

Add processes to be performed for a specified process plan.

  • Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Search Key : A fast method for finding a particular record.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Activity : A series of actions carried out in sequential order.
  • Estimated Time : Estimated time for the operation
  • Cost Center Use Time : The amount of time a process takes to complete.
  • Preparation Time
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Multiplier
  • Empty Cells are Zero
  • Global Use
  • Outsourced : A decision to have a task or phase completed by an external business partner.
  • Outsourcing Cost
  • Default : A value that is shown whenever a record is created.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Cost Center Cost
  • Create Standards
  • Process Plan Version
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

I/O Products

Define input and output products taking part in a specified process.

  • Line No. : A line stating the position of this request in the document.
  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Production Type : A classification stating whether something has been created or used in the sequence.
  • Quantity : The number of a certain item.
  • UOM : A non monetary unit of measure.
  • Unique attribute set consumption : Indicates if the product must be consumed from an unique attribute set
  • Component Cost : Component Cost
  • Decrease
  • Rejected
  • Order Quantity : The number of a certain item involved in the transaction, shown in units which differ from the standard UOM.
  • Order UOM : The unit of measure being used for the request.
  • Cost : A charge related to conducting business.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Division Group Quantity : Indicates the quantity in which P+ products will be grouped
  • Create Product Copy : Create a product copied from the line product and insert a new line in the sequence using this new product created
  • Warehouse Rule

  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Copy From Attribute

Define the relation between attributes to be copied.

Employee

Define the employees that can perform a specified process.

  • Salary Category : A classification of salaries based on similar characteristics or attributes.
  • Estimated Cost : A theoretically calculated cost associated with this specific tab.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • MA_Sequence_Employee_ID
  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Machine

Define machines that are used for a specific process.

  • Machine : A tool use to aid in or fully complete a task.
  • Estimated Cost : A theoretically calculated cost associated with this specific tab.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • MA_Sequence_Machine_ID
  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Indirect Cost

Define indirect costs related to a specified process.

  • Indirect Cost : Any charge of doing business which cannot be directly allocated to production.
  • Estimated Cost : A theoretically calculated cost associated with this specific tab.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • MA_Sequence_Ic_ID
  • MA Sequence : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Client : Client for this installation.
