Price List
A price list is a listing of prices for different products or services.
It is possible to create as many price list and price list versions as required depending on the organization needs.
Price List
Price List window allows to create purchase and sales price lists to be assigned to the business partners for its use in purchase and sales transactions such as orders and invoices.
- Organization : Organizational entity within client
- Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
- Currency : An accepted medium of monetary exchange that may vary across countries.
- Description : A space to write additional related information.
- Sales Price List : This is a Sales Price List
- Price list based on cost
- Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
- Enforce Price Limit : Do not allow prices below the limit price
- Price includes Tax : Tax is included in the price
- Default : A value that is shown whenever a record is created.
- Price List : A catalog of selected items with prices defined generally or for a specific partner.
- Client : Client for this installation.
Price List Version
There could be as many versions of an existing price list as required, versions which can be valid for a given time period and which can be defined according to certain commercial rules.
- Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
- Valid From Date : A parameter stating the starting time of a specified request.
- Price List Schema : A set of guidelines applied to current Price List in order to create a price list.
- Base Version (Default) : Base Price List
- Description : A space to write additional related information.
- Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
- Create Price List : Create Prices based on parameters of this version
- Create Price List Version : Create Price List Version
- Price List Version : A price list with a specified validity range.
- Price List : A catalog of selected items with prices defined generally or for a specific partner.
- Organization : Organizational entity within client
- Client : Client for this installation.
Product Price
Product Price tab allows to either add or edit products and their prices for a selected price list.
- Product : An item produced by a process.
- Unit Price : The regular or normal price of a product in the respective price list.
- List Price : The official net price of a product in a specified currency.
- Price Limit : The lowest net price a specified item may be sold for.
- Cost : A charge related to conducting business.
