Expense Sheet

Create a time or expense sheet in order to submit employee or invoicable expenses.

Header

Create and process an expense sheet.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Document No. : An often automatically generated identifier for all documents.
  • Employee : Identifies an Employee
  • Report Date : Expense/Time Report Date
  • Process/Unprocess Expenses : Process/Unprocess Expenses
  • Processed : A confirmation that the associated documents or requests are processed.
  • Project : Identifier of a project defined within the Project & Service Management module.
  • Asset : An item which is owned and exchangeable for cash.
  • Cost Center : Division that adds to the cost of an organization
  • 1st Dimension : A display of optional elements that are previously defined for this account combination.
  • 2nd Dimension : A display of optional elements that are previously defined for this account combination.
  • Process Now : A request to process the respective document or task.
  • Expense Sheet : A list of billable expenses related to time, travel, and basis business conduct.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

Lines

Add time and regular expense lines to your sheet. Each expense is added to an individual line and may or may not be invoiced to your customers.

  • Time Sheet : An indication that the charge is due to time, not typically justifiable by receipt.
  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Quantity : The number of a certain item.
  • UOM : A non monetary unit of measure.
  • Line No. : A line stating the position of this request in the document.
  • Expense Amount : Amount for this expense
  • Converted Amount : The monetary sum at which one unit of measure is changed to another.
  • Currency : An accepted medium of monetary exchange that may vary across countries.
  • Reinvoicing : Line reinvoiced
  • Business Partner : Anyone who takes part in daily business operations by acting as a customer, employee, etc.
  • Net Unit Price : The price at which something may be invoiced, shown in the currency of the invoiced business partner.
  • Expense Date : Date of expense
  • Project : Identifier of a project defined within the Project & Service Management module.
  • Project Phase : A defined section of a project.
  • Project Task : A job to be carried out during the phase of a project.
  • Asset : An item which is owned and exchangeable for cash.
  • Cost Center : Division that adds to the cost of an organization
  • 1st Dimension : A display of optional elements that are previously defined for this account combination.
  • 2nd Dimension : A display of optional elements that are previously defined for this account combination.
  • Sales Order Line : A unique and often automatically generated identifier for a sales order line.
  • Sales Campaign : An advertising effort aimed at increasing sales.
  • Resource Assignment : The ID identifies a unique record
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Invoice Line : A statement displaying one item or charge in an invoice.
  • Expense Sheet : A list of billable expenses related to time, travel, and basis business conduct.
  • Expense Line : Time and Expense Report Line
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Comments : A space to write additional related information.
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Activity : A distinct activity defined and used in activity based management.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
