Stock Reservation

In this window is possible to review and manage existing Reservations.

Reservation

In the main tab is defined the desired product to be reserved.

  • Reservation Process
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Quantity : The number of a certain item.
  • UOM : A non monetary unit of measure.
  • Sales Order Line : A unique and often automatically generated identifier for a sales order line.
  • Warehouse : The location where products arrive to or are sent from.
  • Storage Bin : A set of coordinates (x, y, z) which help locate an item in a warehouse.
  • Attribute Set Value : An attribute associated with a product as part of an attribute set.
  • Goods Movement
  • Manage Stock
  • Stock Reservation
  • Status
  • Reserved Qty
  • Released
  • Client : Client for this installation.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

Stock

The Stock tab identifies each existing Stock or Purchase Order selected to fulfill the reservation.

  • Storage Bin : A set of coordinates (x, y, z) which help locate an item in a warehouse.
  • Attribute Set Value : An attribute associated with a product as part of an attribute set.
  • Purchase Order Line : A unique and often automatically generated identifier for a purchase order line.
  • Quantity : The number of a certain item.
