Audit Trail
Audit Trail allows to monitor every data change done in any table or entity through the user interface.
Audit Trail
Audit Trail view displays read-only information about all the recorded data changes done in the tables for which the audit trail feature has been enabled.
- Organization : Organizational entity within client
- Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
- Time : Date and time for the event
- Action : A drop down list box indicating the next step to take.
- User/Contact : An acquaintance to reach for information related to the business partner.
- Process Type : Type of process
- Process : Process
- Process Description
- Table : A dictionary table used for this tab that points to the database table.
- Record ID : An record identifier in the dictionary.
- Record Revision : Record Revision
- Column : A link to the database column of the table.
- Old Value : The old file data
- New Value : New field value
- Old Number : Old Number value
- Old NChar : Old NChar Value
- Old Date : Old Date Value
- Old Char : Old Char value
- New Number : New Number value
- New NChar : New NChar value
- New Date : New Date Value
- New Char : New character value
- Client : Client for this installation.
