Warehouse and Storage Bins

Create warehouses and organize them using storage bins.

Warehouse

Create warehouses for your organizations.

  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Search Key : A fast method for finding a particular record.
  • Name : A non-unique identifier for a record/document often used as a search tool.
  • Description : A space to write additional related information.
  • Location / Address : A specific place or residence.
  • Return Bin : Bin designated for returns.
  • Warehouse Rule
  • Element separator : Element Separator
  • Allocated
  • Shipment Vehicle : Is Shipper
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Shipper Code : Shipper code
  • From Document No. : From DocumentNo
  • To Document No. : To DocumentNo
  • Warehouse : The location where products arrive to or are sent from.
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Shipment Routing

Create shipment routes for the selected warehouse.

  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Business Partner : Anyone who takes part in daily business operations by acting as a customer, employee, etc.
  • Sequence Number : The order of records in a specified document.
  • Warehouse : The location where products arrive to or are sent from.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • M_Warehouse_Shipper_ID : Shipper Warehouse
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Storage Bin

Create storage bins for a selected warehouse.

  • Search Key : A fast method for finding a particular record.
  • Row (X) : X dimension, e.g., Aisle
  • Stack (Y) : Y dimension, e.g., Bin
  • Level (Z) : Z dimension, e.g., Level
  • Relative Priority : Where inventory should be picked from first
  • Barcode : Barcode to identify this item
  • Inventory Status : Condition of a specific inventory
  • Default : A value that is shown whenever a record is created.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.

  • Storage Bin : A set of coordinates (x, y, z) which help locate an item in a warehouse.

Product Transactions

View all products transactions related to the selected warehouse.

  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Attribute Set Value : An attribute associated with a product as part of an attribute set.
  • Movement Quantity : The number of items being moved from one location to another.
  • Movement Date : The date that a certain item is moved from one location to another.
  • Movement Type : The type of a certain item being moved from one location to another.
  • Goods Shipment Line : A statement displaying one item, charge, or movement in a shipment.
  • Physical Inventory Line : A statement displaying one item in the physical inventory list.
  • Movement Line : An often automatically generated identifier for a movement line.
  • Production Line : A statement displaying one item or action in the application.
  • Project Issue : Issues to the project initiated by the "Issue to Project" process. You can issue Receipts, Time and Expenses, or Stock.
  • Transaction Cost
  • Storage Bin : A set of coordinates (x, y, z) which help locate an item in a warehouse.

Bin Contents

View the stored products of a selected storage bin.

  • Product : An item produced by a process.
  • Attribute Set Value : An attribute associated with a product as part of an attribute set.
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
  • Last Inventory Count Date : Date of Last Inventory Count
  • UOM : A non monetary unit of measure.
  • Order UOM : The unit of measure being used for the request.
  • Quantity on Hand : On Hand Quantity
  • On Hand Order Quantity
  • Quantity in draft transactions
  • Quantity Order in draft transactions
  • Referenced Inventory
  • Storage Detail
  • Storage Bin : A set of coordinates (x, y, z) which help locate an item in a warehouse.
  • Organization : Organizational entity within client
  • Client : Client for this installation.

Accounting

Create and edit G/L accounts to be used in transactions including a selected warehouse.

  • General Ledger : The book containing all financial transactions recorded for the legal entity.
  • Warehouse Differences : Warehouse Differences Account
  • Active : A flag indicating whether this record is available for use or de-activated.
